Shelley Baker Lancaster, 61, of Adrian, formerly of Gassaway, passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2023.

She was born in Warren County, Kentucky on July 22, 1961 to the late Curtis Baker and Louise Adamson Baker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her previous husband, John Lancaster.

Shelley had so many friends and touched so many people in her life.  Someone on Facebook commented she was the sweetest of sweet.  She loved being grandma to her grandchildren.  She fought a tough battle with cancer however she fought a good fight to continue her beautiful life with her children, grandchildren and companion, Tim.  Shelley enjoyed kayaking down the Elk River with friends.  She reveled in being a part of the Lancaster racing crew and making the races fun. She became Momma Shelley to so many around her.  She will be deeply missed.

Left to cherish her memories are her children, Kylie Singleton (Chase) of Gassaway     and Michael Lancaster (Tori) of Morgantown; grandchildren, Drew, Ellie, Taylor, Josslyn, Liam, and Valerie; companion of four years who loved and cared for her, Tim Bragg of Adrian; sister, Esa Logsdon of Bowling Green, Kentucky.  She also leaves behind so many wonderful friends who cared for her.

In keeping with Shelley’s wishes she will be cremated and Celebration of Life Service will be held for her at a later date.
