Smallwood, 72, of Gassaway went to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 20, 2022. She was born October 10, 1949 in Washington, DC to the late William Wesley Shirley and Gertrude Garland Hall Shirley. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband, David Smallwood. Vickie is survived by her five children, Patricia Talbert, Barbie Lantz and Mary Stevens, and two sons; three siblings, Rodney Shirley and family, Glendora and family and Thelma Gayle and family. She leaves behind numerous grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Vickie loved to fish, play board games, and watch movies. She will be missed by all. Love you Mom.
