Wilma Hazel Fulks, 92, of Walnut Fork, Rosedale, passed away on Friday, September 17, 2021 at Clay Health Care Center, Clay, WV.

She was born August 19, 1929 in Elmira, WV to the late David Hall and Hazel Kendall Hall.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Fulks; infant son, Kenneth Fulks; son, Johnny Fulks; infant brothers, Johnny and Jerry Fulks; brothers, Jimmy Hall, Joseph Hall, David “Junior” Hall and Richard Hall; and sister, Betty Scott.

Wilma was a member of the Gip Baptist Church.  She was a homemaker and caregiver.  For some time she was an assistant mail carrier for the United States Postal Service.  She loved to sew, do puzzles, listen to music and read books.  Wilma was a true Reds baseball fan.  She knew the stats and the drafts.  You could often find her listening to WVU Basketball games on the TV or radio.  Wilma loved her grandchildren, great grandchildren and her great great grandchildren.

Left to remember her are her sons, Wayne Fulks and wife, Penny, and Mickey Fulks and wife, Tabitha; daughters, Bernice Duff, Dorma Smith, Lois Nettles and husband, Lehn, and Suzanne Tanner; brothers, Jack Hall and wife, Marie; and sisters, Clara Hart and Linda Hall; and several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
