Dear Family, we are so sorry to hear that John passed away and we want to express our deepest sympathy to all of you. We met your John as customers of SS and we soon became friends. It seemed that John did not know any stranger, he was outgoing and we could not help but appreciate him. As he loaded our feed, we would talk about gardening, farming, chickens and his grandkids. He also had a good sense of humor. To learn about his death touched us deeply, it felt like losing a dear friend that we had known for a long time. We are aware what it means to work in a place where you deal with the public all day long and he managed to be cheerful and make us feel good. We will cherish his memory.
