The funeral be at 1 P.M. on Tuesday at the funeral home with Pastor Gary Maynor officiating.

Burial will follow in the Elmira Cemetery, Elmira.

Phyllis Kay Nottingham, 40, of Frametown, went to her heavenly home on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at WVU Medicine Braxton County Memorial Hospital, Gassaway, WV.

She was born on April 21, 1985, in Charleston, WV.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Joey Hall.

Phyllis graduated from Braxton County High School in 2005. Immediately after high school she began working on and completed her bachelor’s degree. She worked as an executive director for several ResCare Homes in the Clarksburg Area. Her hilarious sense of humor will be missed. Phyllis enjoyed being around her family.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Justin Nottingham of Frametown, children, Karley, Bane and Brandon, Jemma, and Lewis; father, Lewis Tyler Hall of Servia, mother, Cecilia Kay Robinson Jarvis and husband, Jody, of Servia; maternal grandmother, Carol Robuck of Servia; maternal grandfather, Cecil Robinson; sister, Solana Hall and husband, Michael Wine of Servia; uncles, George Hall, Lloyd Hall and Marvin Robinson; aunt, Teresa Luzader; niece, Addison Godfrey; and nephew, Mikah Wine; mother-in-law, Wilma Reip and husband, Harold.
