Deanna Lynn Hall, better known as Dianna, 63, of Ivydale, entered into rest on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, after a long illness.  

She was born February 24, 1960, in Ivydale, WV.  Dianna had a passion for music and loved playing her guitar and writing songs.  Earlier in her life she was a member of a local bluegrass band.  She had a strong faith and belief in God. Now she is playing beautiful harmony in His presence along with the angels she went to meet. She loved her family, and her family is left with a lifetime of memories with her.   

Dianna was the late daughter of Frank Stacy Coen and Lenoris Jean Queen Coen.  She is also preceded in death by her sister, Beverly Coen and her late husband of 30 years, Rodney Hall. 

Left to cherish her memories are her loving daughter, Felichea (Jason) Smith of Ivydale; her dearly adored grandchildren, Austin, Shayla, and Kaylee Smith all of Ivydale; sisters, Norma (Terry) Davis of Monroe, North Carolina, Paula Metheny of Chloe, Phyllis Tanner and Reva Coen both of Ivydale, Penny (Dean) Stumbo of Summersville and Debbie (Larry) Davis of Gilmer County.  She is also survived by many nieces and nephews who dearly loved her.  She will be missed by all.  

Dianna’s funeral will be 12 Noon on Monday, December 11, 2023, at Roach Funeral Home, Gassaway. 

Her burial will follow in the Ramsey-Hall Cemetery, Glendon. 

Visitation for family and friends will be 10 A.M to 12 Noon on Monday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Otterlick Community Church, c/o Diane Lyons, 1343 Big Otter Highway, Ivydale, WV 25113.
