Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Rocky Wayne Starcher, 70, of Glouster, Ohio passed away on Thursday, July 6, 2023. He was born January 10, 1953, in Sutton, West Virginia to the late John Harley Starcher and Virgie E. Lewis Starcher. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Tommy Eli Starcher; nephews, Kenny Holcomb and baby Cogis. Rocky was a truck driver and a security guard. He had a strong work ethic. Fishing was his favorite pastime. He was friendly to everyone and would lend a helping hand to anyone. He is survived by his four sisters, Bertha McCourt and fiancé, Ezra Westfall of Newville, Kathy Green and fiancé, Johnny Tenney of Craigsville, Connie Holcomb of Clarksburg and Norma Starcher of Sutton; brother, Lonnie Starcher (Linda) of Pennsylvania; two nieces; two nephews; three great nieces; and two great nephews.
