Coming from my heart I would describe Normans life in these few words. "Norman is and was the kind of person everyone should have in their lives". He will be sadly missed but memories are good.

My sincere condolences to Norman’s family. I am Gary Duckworth’s sister in law and I don’t remember a time when Norman was not in my life. I am so sorry for your loss of an amazing man.

I loved Norman Lee, Aunt Helen,Uncle Ed and James like family. We were not related but felt like we were. I'm a few years younger than Norman Lee so thought of me as a little squirt. I spent many days playing in the river with him and James. When I was little we would go over to Aunt Helen and Uncle Eds,and we had a outhouse at home so when we would visit I'd always go to the bathroom and sit on that beautiful toilet with my little short legs just a swingin and looking at that bath tub just imagining what it would be like to have one. I use to get a bath on Sat in a little oval porcelon tub in the middle of the kitchen with water hand drawn out of the well and heated on the wood cook stove. A few years ago I found the tub up in the hollar at my Papaws it's got holes in it but it sits next to my wood cook stove and I treasure it so much. I have a school picture of Norman Lee hanging in my living room. He will be missed by so many.

I didn't know Mr. Hart, but he was spoken highly of by my grandson. So sorry for the loss. Love, prayers and deepest condolences to family, friends, and the students who loved him.

Remember my cousin Norman from my early childhood. Our parents spent lots of time with our Uncle Ed and Aunt Helen and we three oldest children were often with James and Norman who were very close to the three of us in age. Lost contact with our Hart cousins when we moved to Ohio but I always remembered that Norman was a quiet, kind boy and we liked him.

Bro. Norman you will be missed you were one heck of a cake baker and we could always depend on you with anything we were doing at the church. Always supplied our family with deer meat and turkey. You was a great asset to our lives and the church.
