Connie,Matt,Amy and family Robin and I are sorry to here of Don's passing. I really liked working with and for Don after he became Street Commissioner. I felt that he cared about his adopted city and residents and the employees that he worked with. May God be with your family and give comfort to you at this sad time. Sending love and prayers.

My condolences to the family. I was a fellow City of Charleston employee when Don was with Public Works. Both Gary Keffer and I were dirty to hear of the family’s loss.

Connie & family We are so sorry for your loss. So many good memories of Donnie. When we worked in Charleston, Donnie was overseeing some work near our company. We enjoyed his visits and catching up on things. Praying the God will wrap his arms around you and your family and give peace and comfort.

Connie, Matt, Amy and family, Mom, Rich and I are so very sorry about Don's passing. I don't remember a time when I didn't know him. He was such a sweet person and so very kind. Dad always considered him one of his dearest friends. Mom and Rich have so many great memories from the ball field. I loved to see him come in at work because he always had that great big smile that just made my day. Please know we're thinking of all of you and you are in our hearts! If there's anything at all we can do for you we're only a phone call away. Becki Williams Mary Williams Richie Williams
