Keith “Peno” Moore, 60, of Nebo passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2026.

He was born on August 24, 1966, in Sutton, WV.

Keith enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time outdoors. He had a green thumb and could make anything he tended to flourish. A carpenter by trade, he worked in construction for many years. His family and friends were important to him, and he was loved by many. Keith had a special place in his heart for animals including his pet dog, Pup.

Keith was preceded in death by his mother, Lela White; his maternal grandparents, Lettie and Howard Moore Sr.; his sister, Barbara White; and his uncles, Gary Moore and Burton Murphy.

He is survived by his father, Donzil White of Troy, WV; sister, Camilla Pinkleton of Gardendale, AL; brother, Stephen White of Charleston, WV; aunts, Bettie Moore of Duck, WV and Carolyn Murphy of Stinson, WV; uncle, Howard Moore Jr. of Nebo, WV; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Keith will be cremated and a private family service will be held.
