Darrius James “Jamie” Nottingham, Jr. otherwise known as Hollywood, passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2022.

He was born on June 3, 1961 in Gassaway to the late Darrius James Nottingham, Sr. and Monna Sue Jarvis Nottingham.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his half-brother, Denny Nottingham.

Jamie had a friendly way about him.  He loved life, knew many friends and enjoyed being outdoors.  He was a dog lover of four stray dogs.  Jamie also enjoyed riding his Harley motorcycle.  In his life, he worked as a lineman in Florida and at Todd’s shipyard in San Pedro, California and also did electrician work.

He will be forever remembered by his son, Jesse Nottingham, of Florida; daughter, Annamarie Nottingham of North Carolina; three grandchildren; one great granddaughter; brother, Roger Nottingham; half-brother, Steve Nottingham (Dorene); sisters, Diana Nottingham and Lisa Nottingham; half-sisters, Shonnie Phipps and Vickie Burnette; many nieces and nephews; and his four beloved dogs.

Jamie’s graveside service will be 1 P.M. Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at Sirk Cemetery, Duck with Reverend Johnny Conrad officiating.
