Branty Mollohan, 83, of Elmira, passed away July 29, 2020 at the Marmet Center.

He was born April 5, 1937 in Clay County, a son of the late Marvin and Maggie Mollohan.

Branty worked as a timberman truck driver, coal miner and as a construction worker.  He loved horses.  He was a hunter and fisherman.  He enjoyed gardening and planting flowers.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter, Jannylynn Adams and sister, Phyllis Jean Durham.

He is survived by his children, Janet Chaney, Clyde Mollohan, Julia Mollohan, Kimberly Sue Cline and Becky Mollohan; brothers, Don Curtis Mollohan, Arthur Mollohan and Bradley Mollohan; sisters, Carol Robuck, and Elnora Curtis; grandchildren, including Jessica Dawn Bennett Carter and Samantha Jo Kelly and great grandchildren, including Wilaelminia Mae Myers; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside service was 10 A.M. Thursday, August 6, 2020 at the Boggs Cemetery at Big Otter.
