Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Connie Gail Halstead Brown, 73, of Duck passed away on Monday, October 31, 2022 at Braxton County Memorial Hospital, Gassaway, WV. She was born in Sissonville to the late Vincent Halstead and Ova Phillips Halstead. Connie was a homemaker and loved taking care of her cats and dogs. She enjoyed watching TV and socializing on the phone. When she was not at home, she liked to dine out with her family and shop at K-Mart. She is survived by her husband, Bufford Lynn Brown, of Duck; two daughters, Lori Cook and husband, David, of Liberty and Misti Silva of Cross Lanes; four grandchildren, Cody Rose and wife, Rachele, of Liberty, Justin Fields of Winfield, Kelsey Silva of Sissonville, and Sabrina Silva of Cross Lanes; and two great grandsons, Wyatt and Ryder Rose; stepdaughter, Ressie Phillips and husband, James of Summersville.
