Alma Louise Schiefer, 85, of Exchange, WV, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on November 30th, 2024.

Born in Exchange on September 17th 1939, she enjoyed hunting, crafting, reading, and working the voting polls. She married the love of her life, Hugh, on December 25th, 1955. They shared just shy of 69 years of marriage. Together, they had two children, Cliff Schiefer and Tippy Staats. She was an active member at Cutlip Baptist Church and loved her church family dearly.

Louise was proceeded in death by her parents, Rosa Perkins and Walter Losh; siblings, Clyde Gardner, Byron Davis, Arthur Losh, Roy Losh, and Lucille Losh; and grandson, Jason Staats. Survivors include her husband and children, grandchildren Scott Stephens, Heidi Staats and Bianca Goldsmith; great grandchildren Colton Clark, Emmy Staats, Eliana Staats, Harper Louise Staats; and siblings-in-law, Linn and Loretta Schiefer, and Stacy Schiefer.

In keeping with her wishes there will be no services.
