William Lloyd Jackson, 83, of Flatwoods, passed away from this life and had his long awaited reunion with his daughter, Deborah on January 28, 2022

He was born in Sutton at home on January 6, 1939 to the late Loyd L. and Mary Belle Leeson Jackson.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter, Deborah Ann Jackson; siblings; Jeanette Keith, Emery Frame, Janice Taylor, Katie Paschal, Leon Jackson, Kenneth Jackson, Ialene McNeal, Aldine Stewart, and Jack Frame.

In Williams’ life he drove an 18 wheeler truck and was an equipment supervisor for the state of WV.  His true passion was being around his grandchildren.  He so enjoyed being father, grandfather and great grandfather.  He also liked to be outdoors riding his four wheeler.  William was the last remaining sibling in his family.

He is survived by his daughter, Kimberley Pierson and husband, Cliff, of Sutton; grandchildren, Jessica Pierson, Allen Pierson and wife, Kayln, Phillip Pierson and wife, April, and Kyle Pierson and wife, Traci.  He is also survived by his six great grandchildren, Taylor, Judah, Willow, Ellie, Paisley, and Jackson.

In keeping with William’s wishes he was cremated and no services will be held.
