Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Kaota “Kay” Perkins, passed away peacefully on October 14, 2015 at the Braxton Health Care Center after a long illness. She was born October 20, 1934 the late Russell and Ethel James Friend. Kay was a waitress in early years and was also a homemaker who loved taking care of her parents. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her son, Bobby Brady; her daughter, Vicki Shaver, brother, James “Bud” Friend; sisters, Jacqueline Pace and Wanda Duffield. Surviving to cherish her memory is her loving husband, Richard H. Perkins; daughter, Nancy Brady of Gassaway; son, Shaun Nardella of Columbus, OH; seven grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and lots and lots of friends.
