Carol Elaine George, 65, of Sutton passed away on March 12, 2020 at United Hospital Center.

She was born January 16, 1955 in Ohio, a daughter of the late Maxine Hashman Burns and Carrell Leon Burns.

Carol worked in the housekeeping industry for most of her working life.  The one thing she enjoyed most was spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her sons; Paul Bernard George III and Michael Lee George both of Sutton; grandchildren, Sampson Lee George and Logan Michael George; brothers, David Burns of Gassaway and John Burns of Sutton; sisters, Karen Fleming (Curt) of Creston, OH, Connie Conley of Gassaway, Mary Moyers (Bernard) of Frametown, Drema Gainer (Mark) of Bridgeport, Lora Dgien of Williamsport, PA; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 1 P.M. Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at Roach Funeral Home, Gassaway with Elder Larry Fisher officiating.  Interment will be in the Crooked Fork Church Cemetery.

Friends may call two hours prior to service at the funeral home.
