Charles Delmas Stout, 71, of Frametown, passed away June 13, 2019 at home.

He was born August 7, 1947 in Braxton County to the late Charles Oden Stout and Bernice Virginia Life Stout.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Argene Stout.

Delmas was a fixture in Frametown.  He loved to walk and be outdoors.  He also enjoyed visiting with his family and socializing with his friends.

He is survived by his sisters, Linda Dobbins and husband, Rodney, and Brenda Duffield, all of Frametown; also several nieces and nephews.

In keeping with Mr. Stout’s wishes he will be cremated and a memorial service will be at a later date.
