She was born June 11, 1937 in Braxton County a daughter of the late Spencer and Eva James Wilson. JoAnn was a homemaker and worked for the Kinney Shoe Co. She was preceded in death by son, Steve Mullins; sister, Maxine Nardella; brothers, Tom Wilson and Blaine Wilson. She is survived by her husband, Ron Howard; daughter, Sandy Lawson and husband, Pat of Wayne; two granddaughters and two great granddaughters; several nieces and nephews.
