Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Ruby Louise Hughes, 97 of Dille, passed away October 12, 2017 at Highland Springs of Fort Thomas, KY. She was born February 16, 1920 in Clay County, WV a daughter of the late Norman Felix and Carnelia Loakie Butcher Rogers. Ruby was a homemaker. She was very active in the Dille Church of the Nazarene which was started in her home with her late husband, Rev. Arnett Hughes. Together they started many churches in the area. She is survived by her sister, Phyllis Maynard of Huntington, WV; 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 8 great- great grandchildren. In addition to her husband she was also preceded in death by sons, Kermit Hughes and Jerry Hughes.
