Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Julia Lynn Rose, 68, of Frametown, WV, formerly of Sebring, OH, passed away December 11, 2016 at home. She was born August 29, 1948 in Alliance, OH a daughter of the late Fred Arthur and Fonda Marcena Hendershot Menges. Julia was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ. She was the 1966 Betty Crocker Future Homemaker Award winner for the state of Ohio. She loved to sing. She is survived by her husband, Joseph Rose; sons, Marvin Gale Wilson of Alliance, OH and Samuel Todd Wilson of Beloit, OH; sisters, Judy Williamson of Sebring, OH and Ora Jean Menges of Ohio. Julia was preceded in death by sister, Fonda Cobbs; brothers, Tom and Paul Menges. Per Julia’s request her body was cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
