Ruby G. DePoy, 94, of Weirton, WV, passed away peacefully on November 27, 2016 at her residence.

She was born August 12, 1922 in Braxton County, WV a daughter of the late William and Lillie (Mace) Perrine.

In addition to her parents, Ruby was preceded in death by her husband, Russell DePoy; three sisters, Goldie Barker, Ruth White, and Gladys Hall; four brothers, Richard, Ralph, Russel, and Robert Perrine.

Surviving are her son, Donald (Jean) DePoy of Clayton, NC; and daughter, Patricia Seders of Weirton; four grandchildren, Charles (Diane) DePoy of Sacramento, CA, Darrin (Annette) DePoy of Clayton, NC, Rev. Brian (Susan) Seders of Clarksburg, WV and Jason (Kimberly) Seders of Frederick, MD; seven great grandchildren, Jillian, Melissa, and Joshua DePoy, Nicholas, Christopher, Rebecca, and Faith Seders; one, great-great grandchild, Charity Seders; two step grandchildren Timothy (Brandi) Richmond and Betsy (Jonathan) Scovell; four step great grandchildren, Brooklyn and Austin Richmond and Carter and Bryce Scovell.

Ruby attended the Free Methodist Church of Weirton. Ruby will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her family.

The family would like to thank the dedicated and wonderful care of Valley Hospice and the devoted care of Dr. Makar that Ruby received.

Private memorial service and entombment will be conducted by the Rev. Brian Seders for the family at Sugar Creek Cemetery, mausoleum, Gassaway, WV
