She was born November 3, 1956 a daughter of the late Jimmy and Phyllis Rader Lewis. Karen was a homemaker and worked at Shoney’s Restaurant. She loved to go camping. She was preceded in death by her son, Richard Hanna, Jr. She is survived by husband, Wayne Hinkle of Craigsville; daughter, Melody Hanna of Craigsville; brothers, Robbie Lewis of Holcomb and James Lewis of Upper Glade; sister, Carolyn Cogar of Cowen.
