He was a construction worker and loved to fish, play video games and watch TV and movies. He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence Newton Bender, Sr. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Bender; daughter, Amber Dawn Bender of Gassaway; son, Cordia Clarence Bender of Frametown; mother, Mary Cloud of Ohio; brothers, Gary Norris of Duck and Wayne Norris of Kingdom, AZ; sister, Kimberly Hall of Ohio.
