Miss Hickman was my high school girls basketball coach when the team was first formed at BCHS. I have so many wonderful memories with her from traveling to games to singing with the team to practices filled with hard work and learning. Because of her, I had a successful college basketball career and continued to extend the love of the sport to my sons. Her laugh was infectious and her kindness was always ready for anyone. Thank you, Miss Hickman, for the joy you brought to so many.
