Although I never met Gary Wolford personally, he must have been a wonderful man. I know this because he raised a kind, loving, and thoughtful man. This man, Issac Wolford, chose the perfect wife in Susan and created a family that are impossible not to love. Issac, Susan, Tess & Owen - in your time of sorrow, know that you are surrounded by love and prayers. May these words stay with you and help to you to heal - “Those we love don’t go away. They walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard, but always near. Still loved, still missed and very dear. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal. Love leaves a memory no one can steal.” ~ from a headstone in Ireland. All of our love, Sherri, Eric & Riley

Although I haven't been actively involved in the Wolford family for many years I still consider all of you my family, and hold each of you warmly in my heart. Gary and Naomi gave the kids in our small community the opportunity to be a part of something awesome, 4-H. Not only did they start the program for us, they also became leaders, mentors, role models, and ultimately life long friends. Gary and Naomi opened their home to me and welcomed me unconditionally into their hearts. Isaac, Matthew, and Sarah became my younger brothers and sister. I think I was there every Saturday night through my teenage years, and then every opportunity I got throughout college. You each were such an important part of my life. As the years have passed we have seen each other less and less. But please know no matter how long it's been since we have been face to face, you have remained, and forever be a very important part of my life. I love each one of you with all my heart. God bless you.
