Dear Gene and family; My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I loved Barbara a lot. You know we taught together for a lot of years at Gassaway Middle School and I considered her one of my best friends. She was such a good Christian lady and will be remembered by so many as a kind and caring person. She touched many lives during her teaching years and I am sure many of her ex-students will always remember her with fondness. I will see you at the visitation on Friday. Please let me know if there is anyway that I can be of service to you all. Barbara is once again her beautiful self with our Lord and Savior and is glorying in his presence. Love you all. Phyllis.

A tribute to a very sweet lady. She always had time to talk wherever she saw you. The world would be a better place if more people were like her. Prayers for the family.
