Burial Date February 27, 2016

Funeral Mass will be Noon, Saturday, February 27, 2016 at St. Thomas Catholic Church, Gassaway with the Rev. Father, Rene Gerona, SVD officiating. Interment will be in the St. Bernard Catholic Church, Loveberry.

Visitation will be two hours prior to Funeral Mass at the church where a Rosary service will be held at 9:30 a.m.

Condolences may be extended to the family at www.roachfuneralhome.com.

Kathryn family so sorry to hear of her passing she a joy to talk to when she was still working and I would order flowers she would always ask how I was and tell me some of the news and want to know how I knew the people who the flowers were intended she and Dick were a special part of the Gassaway community . I have been trying to think of something to say to you all....but all I can say is how deeply sorry I am. You guys have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. You are in my thoughts & prayers daily...May God give you strength in the days and months ahead and peace in knowing that your mom is now in the arms of Jesus. And there is no better place to be. I love each one of you.

I too am saddened by Kathryn's passing. She is someone I have admired since my family moved to Braxton County. She was very warm and welcoming at every encounter with her. My sincere condolence to all your family.

Louise and family, I am so sorry to learn of your mother's death. She was a kind woman and was always so accommodating when I called for flowers. Minich's has definitely been missed since she retired May God be with you all this weekend as your honor your mom. God Bless ! Elizabeth Eason

My deepest sympathy and condolences to the family. Have known Kathryn since she moved to Gassaway. She was one of the finest women I have ever know. Always so kind and considerate.My last encounter with her was when my Mother passed away in Dec. 2006. Please accept my sincere sympathy. Thoughts and prayers for the entire family.

Katherine will surely be missed. I'm sure we've all been missing her from the florist shop. The Minnichs were always so acommodating with whatever you needed. I send my condolences to all the family.

As a young teen I came to know Kathryn as my second mother. She was with me as I gave birth to her first grandchildren. Through the ups and downs of life I have never known a stronger woman and like so many others I loved her throughout all the years. I will always remember her with much love.
