David Fisher officiating. Burial will be in the Jack Family Cemetery, Exchange. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Gassaway Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the Baby Dave Memorial Scholarship Fund, c/o Premier Bank, P.O. Box 40, Gassaway, WV 26624. Arrangements by Richard M.
