Burial Date August 24, 1941

Service will be 1 p.m. Friday, February 9, 2018 at the Villa Nova Missionary Baptist Church, Duck with Pastor JR Mullins officiating. Interment with military rites will be in the Montgomery Memorial Park, London.

Visitation will be two hours prior to service at the church.

Words of comfort may be extended to the family at www.roachfuneralhome.com.

While words fail to capture the pain of losing a loved one, we look forward to the time when words will fail to capture the joy of having our heavenly Father return your dear one to you. The bible hold out to us a truly beautiful promise. This wonderful promise of hope is recorded at Daniel 12:2 "And many of those asleep in the dust of the earth will wake up, some to everlasting life." Imagine our dear loved ones, whom we have lost in death, just sleeping waiting to wake up again and be reunited with us. How we long for that special day so close at hand.

Larry was a great guy. He sent me funny and goofy messages on facebook. Miss you Larry. RIP Larry.

Dorothy and family. I am so sorry to hear about Larry. We grew up together at Kincaid and Page and played ball together over the years. He was a great guy and friend throughout the years. We were facebook friends and corresponded with each other as late as last month. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your families.
