Saying goodbye to someone we love is heartbreaking. May you find comfort in knowing that the heartbreak of loss is noticed by our heavenly Father. Jeremiah 29:11 " For I well know the thoughts that I am thinking toward you,’ declares Jehovah, ‘thoughts of peace, and not of calamity, to give you a future and a hope." He promises to very soon bring about this "hope" by bringing all our dear loved ones back to life through a resurrection and reuniting them with us forever again. Isaiah 26:19 "Your dead will live. Awake and shout joyfully, You residents in the dust! For your dew is as the dew of the morning, And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." This means that we can have the heartwarming hope that someday, in God’s new world, we will be reunited with loved ones who have fallen asleep in death.

I'm sorry to hear about the passing of Jack. I remember him coming to my parent's farm as a child and helping during hay season. He was a kind man, and a hard worker. I offer my heart felt condolences to the family.

I attended school with Jack at Frametown Elementary. My family lived near his when we were growing up. Jack was a good man, and I'm sorry to learn he has passed away. My sincere sympathy to his family. God bless you and bring you comfort.
