I am in deep sorrow at the loss of my special "Uncle Pete". He was such a warm and loving man as I was growing up. I loved visiting Aunt Jeanette and Uncle Pete in their many changing homes adventures. I once told him that Allen & I took after him in that respect as we would remodel and sell and make a profit. He was the best "feet squishier" in WV, and he totally spoiled me rotten. I remember him having a tear at my wedding as we hugged and he told me to keep coming back home. I took his advice and every time I saw him, I gave him a big hug!! I know in my heart that he and Aunt Jeanette and mom & dad are hugging and celebrating in heaven. May God's blessings go out to all of my Braxton family, and it's not saying "good-bye", but "until we meet again." xoxo Love & Prayers, Jayne, Allen, Jonathan & Chatel, Maddison & Killian, Shelley & Vinny, Peyton Lou & Giovanni, Holly & Ryne "The Harris's"

With deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences I write to share a beautiful scriptural promise of comfort and hope.  Jeremiah 29:11 "For I well know the thoughts that I am thinking toward you,’ declares Jehovah, ‘thoughts of peace, and not of calamity, to give you a future and a hope."  This hope is the promise to see our dear loved ones who have past away again.  When God brings them back to life through a resurrection to reunite them with us forever again.  John 5:28,29 "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out."  What a beautiful promise and how comforting to know that we can have the heartwarming hope that someday, in God’s new world, we will be reunited with loved ones who have fallen asleep in death. Until that day soon may fond memories of your dear loved one bring you comfort during this hard time in your life. Look back on all the good memories you were able to have and smile at the fact that you were able to share these.  My heart and sympathies go out to you and your family.

I am so sorry for your loss, he will surely be missed. When I lost my mother, I found comfort in the Bible. At 2 Corinthians 1:7 Jehovah tells us “7 And so our hope for YOU is unwavering, knowing as we do that, just as YOU are sharers of the sufferings, in the same way YOU will also share the comfort.” May the coming days bring you peace and comfort. Revelation 21:4&5 is very comforting for our future! " And God will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more; Neither will mourning, nor outcry, nor pain be any more! ...And God said Look! I am making all things new... these words are faithful and true!" Sincerely, Sally Willis
