Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Forest Eugene “Mike” Brown, 87, of Gassaway, passed away on February 14, 2020 at Clay Health Care Center, Big Otter. He was born November 30, 1932 in Gassaway a son of the late Edward and Nellie Dobbins Brown. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Amos and Andy Brown; and sister, Missouri Hashman. Mike worked as a grave digger serving Braxton County for 30 years. He had a strong work ethic. He was an animal lover, especially for his dog, Jack. He will be fondly remembered by his daughters, Tracy Brown, Tina Hamrick, Linda Oliver; son, Eugene Carpenter; and several nieces and nephews.
