Burial Date October 7, 2023

Visitation will be from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M. on Saturday, October 7, 2023, at Roach Funeral Home in Gassaway. The service will follow at 1 P.M. at the funeral home with John McQuain officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hebron United Methodist Church Cemetery, Sutton, WV.  

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in memory of Karen to the Braxton County Animal Shelter, 10 Animal Shelter Lane, Sutton, WV 26601 or Just One Generation, 4397 Elk River Road, Frametown, WV 26623.

I lived at Terrace Park East the same time as Karen. She was one of the most beautiful, kind and caring individuals I ever knew. I have thought of her often, and am very saddened to learn of her passing. An animal lover myself, I will donate to the shelter in her memory.
