Roger Dale “Bugsy” Allen, 55, of Frametown passed away on Friday, March 8, 2024 at Cornerstone Specialty Hospital, Huntington, WV. He was born November 7, 1965 in Alexandria, Virginia to the late Roger Lewis “Shug” Allen and Della Ann Hinkle Allen. Bugsy enjoyed the outdoors. He had several friends. He is survived by his brother, Donnie L. Allen. Bugsy was cremated a private memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Roach Funeral Home, Gassaway.
