Michael N. Jarvis

Michael N. Jarvis, 77, of Duck passed away at River Oaks Healthcare Center, Nutter Fort on Monday, June 22, 2026.

He was born April 24, 1949, in Gassaway to the late William H. Jarvis and Elsie E. Eagle Jarvis.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by several brothers and one sister.

Mike worked in the oil field for 12 years and as a mail carrier in Sutton for 15 years. He served his country for 12 years in the United States Army.

He is survived by his brother, John Jarvis of Strange Creek; son, Michael Brandon Jarvis; and daughters, LaLita Shay Jarvis and Lacreshia L. Jarvis; and several nieces and nephews.

His visitation will be from 12 Noon to 1 P.M. on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Roach Funeral Home, Gassaway.

The funeral will be at 1 P.M. on Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor Joseph Truman officiating.

Burial with military rites will be in the Mollohan Cemetery, Duck.
