Vicky Elizabeth Carter

Vicky Elizabeth Carter, 68, of Rosedale passed away on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at her sister’s home surrounded by her family.

She was born on December 23, 1956, in Elyria, Ohio to the late Malcolm Lowe and Garnett Moore Bennett.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death her husband, Donald Carter; and grandparents, Clarence and Nelle Moore.

Vicky was an LPN and cared for many people. She enjoyed being with her children, family and friends. In her spare time, she loved to read romance novels and watch soap operas.

Left to cherish her memories are her sons, Justin Carter (Jessica) and Josh Carter both of Rosedale; sister, Lisa Tanner (Thomas) of Rosedale; and nephew, Lucas Tanner (Char) of Pennsylvania.

In keeping her wishes she will be cremated and a Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
