Betty Jean (McCracken) Robinson, 85, of Duck, passed away at home on Thursday, October 7, 2021. She was born October 28, 1935 in O’Brion to the late Preston and Dorothy (Mollohan) McCracken. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin R. Robinson; son, Eric; grandson, (little) Dewaine; brothers, Jim, Curt, Donley, Byrne and Steve; and sisters, Margaret, Mary Lou, and Hazel. She was a homemaker. Betty loved the Lord and she was an avid churchgoer. She enjoyed canning and in the fall of the year she made homemade apple butter. One of her favorite hobbies was birdwatching. She loved her grandchildren. Betty was a fearless and feisty lady that had a heart of gold and she welcomed everyone with open arms. She will be forever remembered by her sons, Dewaine, Darrell, Robin (Jennifer), and Franklin (Trudy); daughters, Reatha, Melanie (Daniel), and Angel; grandchildren, Hilary, Jillian, Holly (David), Jeff, Alyssa (Paul), Alexa, Julia, Clayton, Oliva, Emily, Payton, Hanna, Kendall, Frank, Brandon (McKenna), Jason, Ashley, Alex (Monica), Samantha, Savannah, and Austin; sister, Susan; brothers: Murray, Arthur, Thomas, Norman, and Arnold. Betty is also survived by great-grandchildren; Calli, Lillianna, Sophia, Ellie, Matthew, Paislee, and Millie. Her visitation will be 5 to 7 P.M.
