David Scott Hawkins

David Scott Hawkins, 61, of Sutton, WV passed away September 25, 2021 in Elkins, WV.

David was born December 26, 1959, in Braxton County to the late Roy Ray Hawkins and Imogene Shaver Hawkins.

In addition to his mother and father, David was preceded in death by a brother Roy Hawkins.

Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Rick Hawkins and Amie, Doug Hawkins and Natacha; daughter, Cindy Nettles and Chad; Grandsons, Devin Nettles, Alex Hawkins, Logan Hawkins, and Kannon Nettles; granddaughters, Jada Spinks, Madison Hawkins, Melanie Hawkins, Montana Hawkins, Scotlyn Nettles and Tillie Nettles; brothers, John Hawkins and Libby and James Hawkins and Lisa; sisters, Janet Wine and Terry, and Ruth Calsada and Bryan; sister-in-law, Alice Hawkins; several nieces and nephews.

David had various jobs throughout his life. He enjoyed working on friends and family’s vehicles and spending time with his grandchildren.

David will be cremated and a celebration of life ceremony will be planned for a later date.
