Darlene Kay Butcher

Darlene Kay Butcher, 69, of Frametown passed away on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at Summersville Regional Medical Center.

She was born in October 5, 1951 in Gassaway to the late Chelsie and Leadene Life Rollyson.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Larry Rollyson.

Darlene was known as a kind gentle person preferring the quiet home life.  She liked to read and garden.  She was a wife, mother, grandmother and lifelong homemaker that will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Danny Butcher; three children, Tim Butcher (Twila Butcher), Shane Butcher (Jenny Butcher), and Angie Butcher (Brian Wilburn); granddaughter, Kelsey Butcher; brother, Damon Rollyson (Erin Rollyson); and sister-in-law, Joni Rollyson.

Funeral service will be 1 P.M. Friday, August 13, 2021 at Roach Funeral Home, Gassaway with Reverend Rich Demastus officiating.

Friends may call two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.

Interment will be in the Stout-Keener Cemetery, Frametown.
