Marjorie Helen Cobb

Marjorie Helen Cobb, 93, of Elmira, passed away July 30, 2021 at Braxton County Memorial Hospital, Gassaway after a short illness.

She was born February 3, 1928 in Braxton County a daughter of the late S. Lee and Edna Heinzman Vaughan.

Marjorie was a homemaker and a longtime member of the Elmira Baptist Church.  She was a devout Christian and loved loved reading her Bible and listening to gospel music.

Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Cobb on November 1, 1989; brother, Doyle Vaughan; sisters, Erie Hollister and Glenna Nichols.

She is survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Private interment will be in the Elmira Cemetery.
