Fredrick Ott “Skip” Rader, Jr.

Fredrick Ott “Skip” Rader, Jr., 57, of Gassaway passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV.

He was born December 21, 1963 in Jacksonville, FL to his parents, Fred and Bernice Roberts Rader of Gassaway, who survive.

Skip was a barber at Rader’s Hair Care Center, Gassaway, for 37 years.  He enjoyed cooking and grilling.  Skip also liked to hunt. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his sons, Ryan Rader (Natasha Hoffman) of Sutton, and Skyler Rader and wife, Brittany, of Gassaway; and grandchildren, Leah and Brayden.

In keeping with Skip’s wishes he will be cremated and there will be no services.
