Virginia Mae Simms Wilson

Virginia “Ginny” Wilson, 83, of Frametown, WV gained her heavenly wings on December 29, 2017 surrounded by her family.

Ginny was a homemaker for most of her life but enjoyed yard selling, where she loved to meet new people. She loved her family so much. She always put a smile on people’s faces with her sarcasm and jokes. There will never be another like her!

She was preceded in death by her husband, Blain; sisters, Ruth Singleton and Delma Flint; brothers, Leonard Simms, Ted Simms, Richard Simms, Jack Simms and Robert “Bob” Simms.

Ginny is survived by her sister, Violet Robison of Morgantown; son, Harold Wilson (Libby) of Gassaway; daughters, Rhonda Williams (Jimmy) and Sherri Carr (Brian) both of Frametown; grandsons, Andy Wilson (Kari) of Lexington, KY, Adam Wilson (Kylan) of Charleston, Eric Wilson (Amy) of Gassaway, Christopher Williams (Lindsey) of Weston; granddaughters, Mary Beth Bolling (Patrick) and Kimberlyn Carr of Gassaway; also nine great grandchildren.

At the family’s request, the body will be cremated.

There will be a memorial service to celebrate Ginny’s life at a later date.
