Richard Nolan Boggs, 74, of Ivydale, WV passed away December 15, 2016 after a long illness. He was a Christian and an Army veteran. He was retired for Mentor at Newark, OH. He is survived by wife, Kathryn (Burnside) Boggs; one son, William Brian and one grandson of Alabama. Per Richard’s request his body was cremated and there were no services.
