Robert Lee Hebb, 57, of Gassaway, passed away December 8, 2016. He was born June 28, 1959 in Baltimore, MD a son of the late Ira Lee and Helen May Hooten Hebb. He was manager of Braxton Manor Apartments for 25 years for United Property Management Company. He is survived by wife, Peggy Streets Hebb; brother, Larry Allen Hebb of Alabama; sisters, Sheri Harper of Philippi, Sandy Harlan of Jim Town and Donna Bohon of St. George.
