Burial Date: November 12, 2016 Memorial service will be 3 p.m. Saturday, November 12, 2016 at the Hope Baptist Church, Frametown with Rev. Rich Demastus officiating. A gathering of family and friends will be one hour prior to the service. A dinner will follow at 4 p.m. at the church. Gilbert E. “Butch” Hickman, Sr., 70, of Frametown, passed away November 4, 2016 at home. He was born November 3, 1946 a son of the late Clarence and Ethel Harris Hickman. He was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Hickman; sister, Sylvia Lytle. He was a retired truck driver, an Army veteran of the Vietnam War and a Mason. He enjoyed hunting and walks with his grandson, Colton. He is survived by sons, Gilbert “BJ” Hickman Jr., of Frametown, Butchie Hickman of Akron, OH and Jeff Hickman of Akron, OH,; daughter, Traci Larlham of Hartville, OH; grandsons, Colton Hickman of Frametown and Christopher Hickman; granddaughters, Kayla Wilson and Bryn Rhoads; brother, Dannie Hickman of Frametown; sisters, Barbara Muehlheim of Painesville, OH and Ella Hickman of Little Birch. Per Mr. Hickman’s request his body was cremated. Memorial service will be 3 p.m. Saturday, November 12, 2016 at the Hope Baptist Church, Frametown with Rev. Rich Demastus officiating.
