Ronald Roy Hall

Ronald Roy Hall, 70, of Sutton, passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at home.

He was born March 27, 1956, in Gassaway to Rosalie Virginia Dawson Hall and the late Roy Bland Hall.

Ron served in the United States Air Force for four years as a computer technician. After returning home, he worked in several roles, including carpentry and as a guard at a coal mine.

In his spare time when he was younger, he enjoyed wood carving and whittling, gardening and growing herbs and spending time outside in nature.

He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Bland Hall.

He is survived by his sons, Nathan Hall (Joann Justice) of Frametown, Ronnie Hall (Jodie Ware) of Ronceverte and Josh Hall of Ohio; eight grandchildren; and one great grandchild; mother, Rosalie Hall of Duck; sisters, Shirley Slack of Berkley Springs and Janet Bowling (Ed) of Princeton; and three nieces and one nephew.

Ron’s graveside service will be held at 11 A.M. Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Hall Cemetery Servia.
