Jill Lynn Wilkinson Allen

Jill Lynn Wilkinson Allen, 59, of Frametown, WV went to meet her Lord and Savior on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at WVU Medicine Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV after an extended illness.

She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on April 20, 1967, a daughter of the late James “Jim” Edward Wilkinson and Joyce Elaine Ballow Wilkinson.

Jill enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a department manager for Walmart. In her spare time, she liked to read romance and fantasy novels and collect penguins.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband of 10 years, James W. Allen; son, Aaron Eugene Wilkinson of Frametown; brothers, John Wilkinson and wife, Krista, of Ohio and Jayme Wilkinson of California; sister, Janice Young of Chloe; sisters-in laws, Sandy Harris and husband, Perry, of Canton, Georgia, Melody Koontz and husband, Phillip, of Lexington, NC, Becky Rabon and husband, Scott, of Lexington, NC and Beth Tilley and husband, Mike, of Lexington, NC; parents-in-law, Richard and Frances Allen of Romney, and several nieces and nephews.

In keeping with Jill’s wishes she will be cremated.
