He was born September 21, 1963 in Lorain, Ohio a son of the late Charles Elmo Wells, Jr and Patty Sue Collins Wells. He was a construction worker and a truck driver. He ran marathons and loved music. He is survived by children, Charles E. Wells III of Sutton, WV, Ryan Wells, Paul Wells, Travise Wells and Crystal Wells of Lorain, OH and Jerry Wells of Flatwoods, WV; brother, Gordon Scott Wells of Japan; sisters, Debbra Wells-Randall of Sutton, WV and Charisse L. Riffle of Lorain, OH; 15 grandchildren. Mr. Wells’ body was cremated.
