She was born May 13, 1972 in Baltimore, Maryland, a daughter of the late Newman Dencil Criner and Lois Maria Marsh Criner. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Anna Rose. Emma enjoyed caring for and loving her animals. She dearly loved her nieces and nephews. She will be fondly remembered by her husband, James Roupe; brother, Newman Dencil Criner, Jr.; nieces and nephews, Keria, Braydon, Olivia, and Ryker; beloved furbabies, Snow and Mocha.
